The hotel has a unique charm, situated alongside an hospitality school, giving it an interesting vibe. The location is great, close to downtown, and the staff were genuinely nice and helpful in providing recommendations. However, the rooms felt a tad overpriced for what you get, especially the river view rooms, and the breakfast could use some improvement to match high expectations.
